Muskegon Vida Nova Condo
The city of Muskegon announced that Vida Nova, which is Italian meaning new life, will be the name of a new condo complex for Edison Landing.
Muskegon Vida Nova is a $15 million dollar waterfront project according to City of Muskegon Officials. The now vacant lot will be replaced with Vida Nova and should help revitalize the City of Muskegon.
Vida Nova
Vida Nova condos are said to be "eco-friendly" and start at $375,000 per condo. Douglas Harger, the developer states that construction on the 40 unit Vida Nova Condos will start this month.
The Muskegon Vida Nova Condos will have two to three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths with each unit measuring in at around 1,700 square feet.
Muskegon Condo
Muskegon is considered 'Michigan's Hidden Treasure' and people who are moving in are discovering lower cost of living, absolutely awesome natural resources not to mention the largest (and cleanest) stretch of sandy beach in Michigan.
Many years ago, Muskegon received a bad review because of the paper plant that produced unpleasant odors. That plant has since cleaned up its act, laid off must of the employees and is not longer a problem, yet the reputation remains.
Many people are not aware of the changes, but those that are, are investing like mad (Vida Nova, Harley Davidson, Watermark, etc). Dan Turnkey, owner of Turnkey Investments, had this to say when asked about Muskegon's investment potential "True, Muskegon has not been recognized for it's change, but that is allowing me to invest in a waterfront home for an incredible price; I'm looking at a home on the water for $285,000, the same home anywhere else would run me $750,000!"
Investors like Dan and Harger are putting a lot on the line; there is no doubt that it's only a matter of time before people realize what Muskegon really has to offer.
